Employers should not be asking these questions in an interview:

1)      Do you have a lot of children?

2)      Are you married?

The above would discriminate on basis of marital status. They should not be asking questions about finances. And there is a law to prevent an employer for firing an employee because they have filed for bankruptcy.

3)      Have you filed for bankruptcy?

4)      Where were you born?
