Barret W. Kirbo was born and raised in Bainbridge, Georgia where he graduated from Bainbridge High in 2007. Barret attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a degree in Political Science in 2011. After college, Barret moved to Macon where he attended the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2016.

After law school, Barret practiced with the very respected local firm of Jones
Cork, LLP for five years where he primarily represented businesses in
commercial and construction disputes and defendants in personal injury cases
before joining Reynolds, Horne & Survant to practice with his father-in-law,
Carl Reynolds, and wife, Kate Kirbo, Carl’s daughter, as well as his cousin-in-
law, Wendell Horne.

Barret enjoys hunting and fishing, watching UGA football and the Atlanta
Braves, and spending time in the outdoors with his family. Barret and Kate
share three children, West, George, and Margaret, and a yellow lab named
Hank.
